This website

chris-vibes.com does not use analytics or advertising trackers and does not set cookies for visitors. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs for security.

Business information we use

To offer website designs to local businesses, we use public business listings from Google Maps (business name, phone number, rating, website and public email). Sample website pages we build for a business are not listed in search engines. If you want your business's sample page removed or want us to stop contacting you, reply "stop" or email the address below and we will do it.

Google account data

Our internal tool connects to one Gmail account, owned by Chris Lucas, to send and receive business email and Google Voice text messages. It reads only messages from businesses we have contacted, stores those messages to show the conversation, and sends email only from that account. It does not read unrelated mail, and it does not sell, share or use this data for advertising.

Chris Vibes' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Payments

Subscriptions are paid through PayPal. PayPal collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy; we receive only your name, email, subscription status and payment confirmations.
